It seems like the sports presenter was confused on how the Congress passed a bill that will make September 11, the birthday of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos, as a holiday for Ilocos Norte.

The said non-working holiday will be named ‘President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos Day’.
