The Supreme Court (SC) said Calamba City’s Regional Trial Court (RTC) Clerk of Court will be temporarily closed after one of its employees caught the COVID-19 virus.
“Office of the Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court, Calamba City, physically closed from August 19, 2020 to September 1, 2020,” read the SC Public Information Office (SCPIO) Twitter post on Wednesday (Aug. 19).
The SCPIO said Calamba RTC Executive Judge . READ the Memo issued by the Executive Judge Caesar Buenagua has already issued an order concerning the temporary closure of the clerk of court.
The magistrate explained the move was made after “one of the staff at the Office of the Regional Trial Court of Calamba City (OCC) was tested positive for Covid-19 infection…”
“During the closure period, all OCC personnel shall continue to work from home,” read the order.
