
When it comes to internet connection repair, promises are really mostly made to be broken.
GMA-7 anchor Mav Gonzales was disappointed with internet service provider Converge after her connection got cut five days ago.
According to the journalist, she was told that it would be fixed within the day but it hasn’t been resolved.
She also criticized the customer service hotline of the said ISP.
Hi @Converge_CSU your customer service hotline is so inefficient. It’s been 5 days since our connection got cut. We were told it would be fixed today at the latest. WHERE CAN WE GET AN UPDATE?
