Sa kanyang Instagram post, nag-throwback si Sel sa kanyang katawan na pinanlalaban sa mga fitness competition.

Aniya, wala nang excuses at kanya nang paghihirapan na muling maibalik ang naturang pigura.

“No more excuses like no time, stressed with work backlog, not enough equipment, hard to diet, hard to be consistent, etc. A year older this month gotta keep improving. See you in 4-8 weeks,” ayon kay Sel.

That’s it. So many months taking in not so good news from what’s happening in the world today. Ready to bring this AteGhorl back. Ready to do something good for myself, ready to bring back the machine in me that I used to enjoy so much, who can do a lot and so much more. No more excuses like no time, stressed with work backlog, not enough equipment, hard to diet, hard to be consistent, etc. A year older this month gotta keep improving. See you in 4-8 weeks
