Karen Davila shared her family experience when their son, David, started having a full seizure and was immediately brought to the emergency room.
On her Instagram post, the veteran journalist said that their son exhibited symptoms of seizure once she and her husband DJ arrived from their trip to Sorsogon.
Davila also mentioned that even though seizure is common for kids with autism, she can only recall one moment when David had an episode when he was 7 years old.
Her son was sent to the emergency room after experiencing seizure, and thanked the responders of their condo for thinking and acting quickly.
“David slowly woke up and we rushed him to the ER. I thank God his memory and faculties are perfect,” said Karen, where he also thanked COVID-19 survivor Dr. Francis Dimalanta for attending to her son.
“David is OK now and undergoing a 24 hour video EEG which helps monitor brain movement,” she added.
