A simple yet effective piece made rounds on social media about the deafening silence of ABS-CBN’s compound following the shutdown of the network.
Journalist TJ Manotoc shared a 2-minute black-and-white video made by director Paolo Ramos, which shows the now emply ABS-CBN building that was packed with thousand of employees before 70 congressmen decided to halt its operations.
Included in the clip was a narration that shares the experience of how hard it is to saygoodbye to the network.
Many employees of ABS-CBN were retrenched, where most rendered their last duties on the end of August.
