Kapamilyas were shocked with the turn of events this Tuesday after their YouTube channel, ABS-CBN News, was terminated from Youtube.
If you would click on all of their videos, it would say that, “This video is no longer available because the Youtube account associated with this video has been terminated.”
On Twitter, some netizens shared it appeared that ABS-CBN News was hacked by an entity called Ripple Foundation.

This was not the first hacking incident tagged to Ripple. A known vlogger, Pat Velasquez who has a million followers on Youtube, was also a victim of the so-called foundation.
ABS-CBN released a statement confirming that there has been an issue with their Youtube channel and they are working with the video sharing giant to resolve the problem.
“We are aware of the problem of accessing ABS-CBN News channels on YouTube. We are currently investigating this and working closely with YouTube to resolve the problem,” ABS-CBN said in a statement.
“In the meantime, you can catch our livestreams and news reports on the TeleRadyo Channel. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” they added.
